Abstract

The majority of people are still undisciplined when using vehicles and do not know the rules of traffic. The police took the initiative to apply an electronic ticket or E-Ticket using an Electronic Law Enforcement camera based on Closed Circuit Television (CCTV). E-tickets have been applied to Banyumas Regency, but in its application not all violators caught on CCTV are subject to a ticket. Only 10 violators receive a ticket a day, due to the limited budget for sending a ticket confirmation letter via POS to the violator's address. At the time of committing a violation, it is not necessarily the case that the violator uses a vehicle that has a STNK on behalf of the violator, and there are some violators who do not pay attention to the ticket confirmation letter. This study was made to determine the extent of acceptance of E-Tickets and the factors that influence the acceptance of E-Tickets in Banyumas using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method. The factors chosen in analyzing the acceptance of E-Tilang technology are facilitating conditions, social influence, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, behavioral intention and use behavior. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to the community in Banyumas Regency. The questionnaire data was processed using the SPSS and Smart PLS 3 programs. The results of the study were that social influence had no significant effect on behavioral intention, because the T-statistic value was less than the critical value of 1.96, which was 0.476 and the significant value exceeded 0.05, which was 0.634. Facilitating conditions have a significant effect on behavioral intention, because the T-statistic value exceeds the critical value of 1.96, which is 2.106 and the significant value is less than 0.05, which is 0.036. Performance expectancy has a significant effect on use behavior, because the T-statistic value exceeds the critical value of 1.96, which is 2.523 and the significant value is less than 0.05, which is 0.012. Effort expectancy has a significant effect on use behavior, because the T-statistic value exceeds the critical value of 1.96, which is 2.798 and the significant value is less than 0.05, which is 0.005. The output of this study is in the form of recommendations for acceptance factors for E-Tilang technology, which should be considered for the implementation of E-Tickets in the future.
