Abstract

Tourism is a travel activity carried out by the community for a while from the initial place of residence to a tourist destination or certain location with the reason to spend free time and vacation. Tourism in Indonesia is one of the leading products because in 2018 tourism contributed around 5.6% of GDP2. For local governments that have the potential for attractive tourist sites, they will benefit from increased regional income with the arrival of both local and foreign tourists. Yuh Plesir is a digital application to provide information and facilitate the real conditions of tourism in Kebumen Regency by providing information about tourism. Based on the respondent's data from the questionnaire, it is known that Yuh Plesir has not been maximal in meeting the tourism information needs of the community. In addition, the low use of Yuh Plesir is due to the presentation of tourism information that is less attractive. So far, the usefulness of the “Yuh Plesir” online application service has not been able to show the success of the application. Many factors influence the usability of the Yuh Plesir application. Therefore, to find out the success factors of the Yuh Plesir application, it is necessary to do a Critical Success Factors (CSF) analysis. CSF analysis in this study is used to determine the indicators that affect the success of an application. The results of the CSF were tested using the T-Test. The use of CSF and T-Test in the implementation of the Yuh Plesir application will help avoid the failure of the application. Based on the CSF analysis and T-test, it can be seen that the indicators that have the greatest influence on the success of the Yuh Plesir application are promotional indicators. influence on the successful usability of the Yuh Plesir application. The results of this study are indicators that affect the success of the usefulness of the Yuh Plesir application to be used as a reference for sustainable application development.
