Abstract

Mutia Annisa doing work practice in PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, in OPO (OSS Platform Operation) unit since 10th of July 2017 until 15th of August 2017. In OSS Platform Operation unit there is picket activity. Picket activity is 1x24 hours keep in the room and monitoring the complaint report. All this time the picket scheduling is coordinated by paper based, to make time efficient and minimalize the paper the author made user interface design picket activity system based on website with random number generator method. Picket activity system made based on website to facilitate user to use the system, this system do not have to be installed on the device and it just need the internet connection and web browser. This system is kind of simple system that created to help arrange picket schedule automatically. Data of employees will be randomized by system and turn out to picket schedule that different each day. The author can draw the conclusion that to change picket scheduling from paper based to be computer based can minimize paper usage, make time efficient and help the unit manager to decrease the job to make picket schedule manually every month.
