Abstract

River water activity can be seen from several factors such as water level height, water discharge, river water pH through HCSR-04 sensors, flow metter, pH meter, 20 x 4 LCD, I2C, LM2596, Lithium 18650 battery, Wemos D1 Mini and some software including Arduino I.D.E, notepad++, XAMPP on The Website. Hcsr-04 sensor process, flow metter, pH meter measuring, recording and transmitting data from the reading of message information sent by Wemos D1 Mini. The information is stored in the database with date and hour information for the calling of the data log. When the client opens the website monitoring page then the web program requests a request for data on the server and is retrieved from the database. Request data is received and sent sensor data to the web client. If the data is not received then the data is not sent to the web client. For hardware data to be sent to the Website server using the database must have some software such as XAMPP already include APACHE and MySQL help before the data is later published to hosting. Designing a database needs to create a new database by importing sql files and creating connection files for its database access. Receiving data from HCSR-04 sensor devices, flow meters, pH meters needs to create communication files with the device using HTTP Request. Displays the last delivery data that entered the server by loading automatically. The final data of the three sensors is displayed on the Website in the form of numbers, chart charts, bar tables, questionnaires. The average measurement of HCSR-04 sensor is 0.93 meters which means the water level is still normal, the flow meter of 0.35 meters / minute is still stable and the average pH of 7 is normal or unpolluted water.
