Abstract

The development of technological advances has recently increased human creation in creating devices that can support human performance in carrying out work processes to be more practical and efficient. Technological developments can provide benefits if applied properly. Currently, infusion is still done manually and is often not monitored. This final project aims to design an infusion monitoring tool whose function is to avoid events due to delays in infusion fluids to be replaced, so it is necessary to use internet of things technology. Loacell sensor is used to read the weight of the infusion fluid. The color sensor is used for blood detection when blood rises to the infusion tube. Then monitored using an android application. Hardware and software communication using NodeMCU. The accuracy of the Load cell sensor for infusion is very good, which is 95,252%. The accuracy of the tcs 3200 color sensor for red is very good, which is 100%. The result of QoS calculation in the form of Throughput generated is 26.627 kbps and is a Bad category on TIPHON. The resulting delay is 299.6578099 ms and is a very good category on TIPHON. The resulting Packet Loss of 0.471 % is in the Good category in TIPHON. Keywords: android, infusion, loadcell sensor, color sensor, NodeMCU
