Abstract

Transportation is one of the facilities in an area to improve the accessibility or relationship of an area because accessibility is often associated with the area. The world of transportation is growing very rapidly. The Central Statistics Agency explained that the increase in the number of motor vehicles in the period 2015 - 2019 Data on the Number of Motor Vehicles By Type, there was a significant increase of 6.13%. Under the demand for high mobility, there are barriers that block this mobility. For example, there is the problem of traffic jams and vehicles used. Problems in the vehicle used is due to engine damage or what can be called a break down. To solve this problem one solution is to call a tow car. A tow truck is a vehicle used to tow a vehicle that has a traffic accident until it overturns or is unable to walk on its own. However, in the use of tow cars there are still problems experienced by customers and tow car drivers, namely it is difficult to find the position of the customer's whereabouts with information or address that is not necessarily accurate for tow car drivers and lack of information about the nearest tow car service for customers. In the design of this application using the Scrum method. The tow car search application can make reservations by displaying maps to find out the pick-up location point, destination point, and location of the tow car and can display the availability of tow cars around customers. Testing on this application is done using Black Box obtained a eligibility percentage result of 99.16% and System Usability Scale (SUS) got an average score of 76.6 based on these results in SUS getting a grade B percentile score.
