Abstract

Mas Basid application is an application to provide information about the Covid-19 data sector, monitor residents, jiwong jiga, mosques or prayer rooms, PTSP, modern shops, traditional markets, restaurants, lodging, transportation and tourist attractions in Banyumas Regency. This application aims to make it easier for local and out-of-town tourists when looking for tourist attractions. However, the user interface of the application, especially at tourist attractions, is still incomplete and there are some complicated features so that users still have difficulty using the application. Therefore, this study aims to design the user interface of the Banyumas Tourism Application by using the user experience lifecycle method. This method is the result of a proposal from Hartson and Pyla which focuses on usability and user experience which consists of four stages, namely analysis, design, prototype and evaluation. The prototype is made up to medium fidelity, then evaluated with performance measurement to measure effectiveness and efficiency and think aloud. The results of the performance measurement test show that the effectiveness is 97% for novice respondents and 100% for skilled respondents, efficient is 97.80%, and think aloud produces 97% user success. Based on the results of this evaluation, this study succeeded in designing the prototype of the Banyumas Tourism Application to be more user friendly by using the user experience lifecycle method and evaluating it with performance measurement and think aloud that had exceeded the standard. Therefore, the Banyumas Tourism Application design can be applied to application development. Keywords : wisata, user interface, User Experience Lifecycle, Performance Measurement, Think Aloud
