Abstract

Labor is a major resource in the production process within a company or an organizational structure. Employment is one of the most important aspects of economic development. Unemployment is a problem faced by every country Unemployment is someone who is obliged to work and feels like working but has not found a job. Many people are still unemployed, one of which is from vocational school graduates. In essence, the problem of unemployment that often occurs in SMK graduates should have been resolved. Vocational students emphasize on preparing students who will later enter the world of work because they have been provided with practical learning. Based on these problems, application design innovation was made mobile for job vacancy information. This application is designed using the method user experience lifecycle up to the level medium fidelity and uses evaluations usability testing and user experience questionnaires. The evaluation was carried out on 7 participants with the results that the average time efficiency of participants got 0.08 tasks/ s, and the overall time efficiency was 100%. This application also produces the "Very Good" criteria. So with this research, it is hoped that it can help SMK graduates in getting a job.
