Abstract

Bank BRI is one of the oldest banks in Indonesia. BRI was founded in Purwokerto by Raden Bei Wirjaatmadja with the nae of Aria De Hulp en Spaarbank der Poeewokertoseche Inlandsche Hoofden or “Bank assistance and Deposits belonging to the House of Purwokerto Priyayi”. Bank BRI already has many branches, one in Rembang. Bank BRI Branch Office Rembang has a four part system, namely the operational part, section support, part mareting tool, and individual parts. Part of the support there is a system of Quality Assurance (QA) and BRISMILE is a systems (Logistics Information Management System BRI). System BRISMILE is a system to perform asset management asset in a search of the vechile on a sub unit of work managed by the Logistics section. On the BRISMILE system that exists today in the check payment of taxes of vehicles still manually check individual commandments themselves tax letter vehicle that can cause logistical officer forgot to do the checking tax, thus causing the delay in the payment of tax on the vehicle. So the website-based systems was made to develop the system of BRISMILE with the method of Prototyping aimed at improving system performance BRISMILE in checking the payment of taxes, so it is beneficial so that no vehicle tax payments past due. The result of the development of the system of BRISMILE current in payment of vehicle taxes are still manual, in the form of data stored on the tax table with tax letters uploaded photos of the vehicle and there is no tax payment in order for notification past due.
