Abstract

Marketing Demand is an internal business process undertaken by the marketing department at CV JAVA MULTI MANDIRI to meet customer needs. In this business process, the company does not have an information system that manages marketing demands with the department concerned. One of the problems that often arise in business processes is the occurrence of duplicate requests caused by the buildup of files that do not have a search index. This problem triggers the company to implement information systems that are able to search files easily and manage marketing demands more neatly. Before building the information system, the stage of analysis needs to be done first to produce documentation information system design. Information system design documentation is needed to guide programmers from function creation, database determination and produce products according to company needs.
