Abstract

Cilacap Regency is the largest area in Central Java which has promising tourism assets, especially nature tourism. The number of tourist objects in Cilacap causes potential tourists to be confused about which attractions to visit. One way to make it easier for potential tourists to find out enough information about tourist objects and to be able to provide recommendations for tourist objects that match the desired criteria. So we need a Decision Support System (DSS) to support the solution to a problem, decision making is a form of selection from various alternatives that exist and that may be chosen. The method used in designing this DSS is the Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method which has the advantage of finding alternatives using the closest distance to the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance to the negative ideal solution and has a simple concept that is easy to understand. The TOPSIS method is expected to make the assessment more precise because it is based on predetermined criteria and weights so that more accurate results will be obtained. The system development uses the Agile method and in its manufacture uses the Laravel framework and then tested with Black Box Testing. This system can make it easier for tourists to determine tourist destinations in Cilacap Regency. Keywords : Tourism, Decision Support System, TOPSIS, Black Box
