Abstract

Dina Mardika Rini Perform Field Work Practices at Telkom Indonesia Graha Merah Putih, Education Concentration on Informatics. Study Program S1 Informatics Institut Technology Purwokerto September 2017. With this Field Work Practice in order to add insight and knowledge while working in the field, as well as honing the ability to communicate well in the work environment. The author choose Telkom Indonesia Graha Merah Putih because Telkom is a highly developed information and communication company in technology field. Many systems have been developed to support and facilitate the performance of employees. One of them is the Pickup Schedule system in the IT division of OPO (OSS Platform Operation). It is known that database design on Picket Schedule system is one effective alternative in data storage, data grouping and facilitate user access in data editing in order to produce information accurately, quickly and accurately Key : Database, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram
