Abstract

Kampus Mengajar Program is a teaching activity in schools which is part of the Kampus Merdeka program. By participating in this program, students gain experience about the conditions of elementary schools in the 3T area, one of which is SD N 31 Sinabulan. At SD N 31 Sinabulan most of the teachers still lack understanding of technology adaptation, lack of character building for students and lack of student interest in reading. During the pandemic, this activity was released with the aim of being a form of assistance to elementary schools in the transition from face-to-face learning to online learning. Campus Program Teaching students focus on four aspects, namely literacy, numeracy, administration and technology adaptation in the target schools. The results of this program are as an instillation of empathy and social in students towards the problems of community life around them; hone thinking skills in working together across fields of science and students' various origins in solving problems they face; develop insight, character and students. Through this program, teachers can be helped in understanding technological developments and teachers are also assisted in repairing school libraries, then with this program students also assist in the learning process implemented by students, namely helping literacy and numeracy-based learning by using technology, as well as helping to improve students' character through motivational videos at the end of the lesson and develop students' reading interest by utilizing learning websites.
