Abstract

Project manager needs a work report. This document is stored manually on each device of each division. The management of this document is an important faktor for the continuity of a project. Business processes carried out without information management have an impact on the vulnerability of information processing errors, in addition to the potential for misinformation caused by faktors such as human error. In this study, using the interview method with the project manager to obtain information on the flow of documentation in the project, in collecting documents the researcher took a qualitative approach to the Radio Frequency Engineer (RFE) and Technical Engineering (TE) divisions. The management information system is designed to provide document information and support project business processes. This study designs a document information system using an Appsheet which is connected to Google Drive as cloud storage and Google spreadsheet as data processing. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that to get the desired system, it is necessary to identify the system requirements of the project itself, from the results of the analysis it is found that the needs of the project manager are document trackers and information dashboards. From the results of the use case design, the user can use the application to view, add, and change data in the application. Based on the results of testing functions that are made easy to understand, the process of adding data, searching for documents has been successfully carried out.
