Abstract

PT.Poca Jaringan Solusi is a company engaged in telecommunications network services, one of which is carried out in the Jabo region is a technical service report or called ENGINEERING SERVICE ACCEPTANCE REPORT (ESAR). In the process, the admin team requires a report on the results of work on each progress, this report is needed to review the process of working on a project. This report data will be stored manually on each device of each division. In the admin team, PT Poca Jaringan Solusi has not implemented a esar data monitoring system so that this can lead to data redundancy, and inefficiency, so in this study a solution is offered for monitoring data using the telegram bot service, which will provide social services for the admin team at PT. Poca, a service provided in the form of messages containing esar data. The results of this study the authors designed a monitoring application using a telegram bot configured using Visual Studio Code with python programming and then connected to the author's laptop, Microsoft Excel as data processing, and telegram as an access bot to run the data monitoring process, the author conducted this research based on observations during internship at PT Poca Jaringan Solusi. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the authors can draw conclusions to design the desired monitoring system, an analysis of the design and system requirements of the esar data itself must be carried out. from the results obtained, the needs of the admin team who are in the esar data management section using this bot is monitoring data from the results of the telegram bot design.
