Abstract

Communication systems experience continuous development, especially in the field of digital communications. Modulation techniques are a major concern in the development of digital communication systems. This leads practitioners and students to be able to explore the field of telecommunications to understand and understand about digital modulation. Modulation itself is the process of changing a periodic wave to make a signal capable of carrying information. In this study, the performance of a wireless network communication system is measured in BER (Bit Error Rate) as a function of the ratio of bit energy to noise power. This research uses BPSK (Binary Phase Shift Keying) modulation scheme on both channels. The channels used are AWGN (Additive White Gaussian Noise) and Rayleigh. This simulation aims to analyze the parameters generated from the two channels. The main parameters analyzed are BER (Bit Error Rate) and Eb/No (Energy Bit per Noise). The results show that Eb/No modulation affects the performance of the results of the Bit Error Rate. The smaller the value of the Bit ErrorRate,themorereliablethesignalsent.
