Abstract

This study conducted a simulation to determine the performance analysis of Non Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) with Succesive Interference Cancelation (SIC). NOMA is a system that allows the use of the same time frequency resource. NOMA uses a superposition code (SC) on the transmitter side and Succesive Interference Cancelation (SIC) on the receiver side. NOMA has a system. In this study, PD-NOMA is simulated for the downlink direction. The number of users who use the same resource block is two with the condition that one user applies SIC and the other without SIC, depending on the bit value of each user. By implementing the SISO (Singel input single output) system. on the transceiver side and SIC on the receiver side as interference cancellation. The comparison of transmit power used in this study is 0.2dB:0.8dB; 0.3dB:0.7dB ; 0.4dB:0.6dB ; 0.45dB:0.55dB. Manually transmit power allocator and simulation results on BER on transmission power and on SNR have a decreasing graph when the SNR is higher and when the transmission is getting bigger, because BER is stating the number of bits that are damaged when data is transmitted from the source to the receiver, so that if the BER gets smaller then the results will be better than the error. The simulation results on BER on transmission power and on SNR show that the user's distance from the BS greatly affects because when user 1 has a distance of 1000 meters compared to user 2 has 500 meters, then the bit error rate on user 1 of the power transmission and SNR have a large value compared to the error from the 2nd user. Keywords: Non Orthogonal Multiple Access, and Successful Interfence Cancelation, zero forcing
