Abstract

Pagubugan Melung is a tourist place that is not widely known by many people, promotions are carried out only using social media, therefore it is necessary to have promotional media that contains information, as well as visual tourism of the Pagubugan Melung, namely photography catalog books. This study uses qualitative research methods and SWOT analysis in the data collection process. The purpose of making this photography catalog book is to provide information on tourism in the Melung Community such as visual tours, history, tourist explanations and tourist facilities that aim to introduce Melung Community tourism to the community, especially the Barlingmascakeb area (Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas, Cilacap Kebumen). This research resulted in a photography catalog book and after doing research it was found that the Melung Pagubugan really needed a photography catalog book that was in accordance with the positioning of the Melung Pagubugan tourism, namely a unique, refreshing and fun tourist spot. keywords: book catalogue, photography, promotion, travel.
