Abstract

The development of data communications is currently growing, one of which is LTE technology. Indoor network planning is done because coverage on the outdoor network can not reach users inside the building. The planning is done by using RPS (Radio Propagation Simulation) software in two buildings at RSUD Banyumas, IGD and Thalasemia buildings. The research used two scenarios. There were frequency of 850 MHz and 2300 MHz. FAP number be obtained by the calculation link budget and propagation Cost 231-Multiwall model. The amount of FAP capacity got 8 FAP and coverage got 5 FAP on frequency 2300 MHz, then 5 FAP on frequency 850 MHz. The calculation Maximum Allowable Pathloss (MAPL) for the uplink is 170.97 dB and downlink is 146.97 dB. The best result based on coverage used scenario 1. On frequency 850 MHz at IGD building RSRP is -29.9 dBm and SINR is 16.09 dB. And at Thalasemia building RSRP is -28.83 dBm and SINR is 6.2 dB. On frequency 2300 MHz at IGD building RSRP is -48.09 dBm and SINR is 26.6 dB. And at Thalasemia building RSRP is -42.56 dBm and SINR is 9.75 dB. Keywords: LTE, RPS, Cost 231-Multiwall, RSRP, SINR
