Abstract

Institute of Technology Telkom Purwokerto (ITTP) is a technology collage located in Central Java that focuses on technology development. However, in reality the functions of developing, managing and innovating services products in aligning IT governance with ITTP’a vision in the ITTP IT Support Division have not been able to run optimally. Based on these facts, it is necessary to process the IT governance capability assessment in auditing or meansuring IT governance in the ITTP IT Support Division. This research focuses on creating an IT governance capability assessment system based on the 2019 COBIT framework with the BAI domain. The 2019 COBIT framework was chosen because it can measure the balance of information technology with business goals, to the relationship between stakeholders and information system strategies to find out the value of information technology that has been implemented. This capability assessment system aims to facilitate auditors in conducting the audit process in order to achieve a competent audit process. Making a capability assessment system using the prototyping method, this method was chosen because users can participate in providing suggestions and system requirements more freely. After the manufacture of the system is completed, the testing process is carried out using black box testing. Based on the black box testing carried out, the system that was built has been successfully running as expected. Keywoard: TI Governance, COBIT 2019, Prototyping
