Abstract
Infrastructure is a public facility provided by the local government in supporting community activities. In recent years, the Indonesian government has made efforts to encourage investment in infrastructure towards smart cities. Banyumas regency in realizing 100 smart cities must pass through the development of basic infrastructure, namely the provision of internet. In 2020 the budget owned by banyumas district government is allocated for infrastructure such as hardware or software. Banyumas Smart City development is outlined in the Smart City Masterplan. Banyumas district needs an in-depth review of the readiness of infrastructure development before implementing smart cities. This research was conducted to measure the level of infrastructure readiness towards smart cities. Garuda Smart City Model (GSCM) E-Readiness And TechnologyOrganization-Environment (TOE) is a combination of indicators used in this study. The indicators obtained based on the results of indicator modeling in previous journals are then measured using Garuda Smart City Model (GSCM) especially the enebler aspect of technology infrastructure in Banyumas Regency. Measurement of maturity level using likert scale. The questionnaire was presented to the Department of Communication and Informatics, Environment Office, Transportation Office, and Bappedalitbang, Non-Government of Banyumas BRT Trans Jateng Regency and Education Agency of IT Telkom Purwokerto, banyumas district community by sampling using slovin formula and Sampling Quota. As a result of this research, the readiness of the local government towards Banyumas smart city is at the level of readiness reached 75%, the readiness of banyumas community reached 71%, and the readiness of non-government BRT Trans Jatang reached 72% and universities reached 68%. Based on these results, it was concluded that banyumas district readiness in infrastructure development towards smart city including Integrated category.
