Abstract

The Information Technology (IT) Departement at higher education has an important role, among others, in the learning process, supporting other units such as finance, libraries and internal universities, as well as in making long-term planning and in carrying out its execution. The reason for selecting the performance criteria in the IT Departement is very necessary because the performance criteria represent the business processes of the IT Departement and contribute significantly to determining the succes of higher education management. The performance criteria in the IT Departement have 4 criteria including : corporate contribution, user orientation, operational excellence and future orientation. This study aims to produce performance criteria that are priorities for the IT Departement using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. The ANP method is a method that identifies the dependence between criteria and alternatives so that the weight of each criterion and alternative can be determined more accurately to produce the best decision. The result of this study are in the form of a graph showing of performance criteria that must be priotized by the Departement of Higher Education IT. The result of the research using the ANP method show that the criteria for "user orientation" get the highest score, namely 0.38 with one of the prioritzed performances is business user satisfaction with the quality and availability of management information. This proves that the ANP method can be used in conducting criteria raning analysis. the overall performance of the Higher Education IT Departement.
