Abstract

Designed using a passive infrared sensor based on the internet of things. The use of the pear sensor in a soccer match can be used as a counter for visitors who have entered the stadium, so that the committee can find out the number of visitors without having to count the number of tickets sold. In this system there are 3 parts in the first part, namely input, process and output, in the input section there is a pear sensor which is useful for detecting movement. This sensor only provides two types of logic, namely high and low. High represents the input detected on the pear sensor, while low represents the undetected output from the pear sensor. In the second part, there is a process, there is nodemcu esp8266, as the controller of the entire system in it contains the program being run and the third part is that the output is firebase, so the data read on the sensor will be sent to firebase, firebase here is used for data storage media in the form of data which is read on the pir sensor and can be accessed via a smartphone application that makes it easy for the user to control as well as to find out the number of incoming and outgoing visitors as well as the rest inside the football stadium and in this system there is a buzzer and push button.Buzzer here is used to produce a beep sound as an output to detect movement detected by the pear sensor, the buzzer will sound, while the push button is used to reset the read data from the pear sensor stored in firebase. Based on the testing of the tools that have been done, it can be concluded that the tool can detect motion with a human distance from the sensor from 0 m to 2 m. In the test results of the entrance pir1 sensor that the sensor can detect objects / humans from a distance of 0 m to a maximum distance of 2 m with a voltage of 3.23 volts, and in the test results of the exit pir2 sensor that the sensor can detect objects / humans from a distance of 0 m to maximum distance of 2 m with a voltage of 3.24 volts. Keywords: Internet of Things; Firebase; NodeMCU; football stadium; Sensor PIR
