Abstract

Technology that is growing rapidly, is very helpful for human work and activities. One of the activities that is often done is queuing. In this queue aktvitas there are problems in the processing of queues that are still manual so that there is a buildup of queues that can inhibit the effecttivias and human efficiency for activities. Seeing this problem will be designed and built an Online queue information system that will answer this error. The technology used is based on a responsive website using Javascript, Laravel Framework and MySQL Database which aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of a person in activities due to Online based and can prevent cheating in queuing activities. Online queue system application that has been done application testing to ensure the application of Online queue system that has been made run in accordance with its function, The result of the output of this queue system application is to make the queue process can be done Online through a website and easy-to-understand features make this website more effective and efficient when used. In the system there is also queue numbering so that the queue flow can be structured and can prevent fraud while queuing.
