Abstract

Technological developments are developing very quickly, by utilizing technological sophistication it will help human work effectively and efficiently, as well as the implementation of a technology in line. Queuing often occurs in several daily activities to wait for the person waiting in line to carry out their activities. In some cases, waiting in line can be a problem for some people such as someone taking another person's turn, or requiring that person to remain in line to wait their turn even though that person has other activities. Based on these problems, the implementation of a technology can be used as a solution so that the problems that occur can be overcome and aims to create a structured computer-based queuing system, increase the effectiveness and efficiency of a person in activities and prevent fraud in queuing activities. In this case, an online queuing system based on a website will be designed and built using technologies such as JavaScript, Laravel Framework and MySQL Database. The queuing system that still uses the manual method can be upgraded to an online and digital system so that information related to queues can be generated quickly, precisely and accurately and can increase one's effectiveness and efficiency in activities and also prevent fraud in queuing activities. This online queue system can later be used en masse by the community to help facilitate activities that have a queuing system. The result of making this system is a queuing system that is online and digital so that it can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of a person in queuing.
