Abstract

The development of Information and Communication Technology is currently increasing rapidly in everyday life and provides a lot of convenience in various aspects of business activities. Therefore, many agencies moving their business use information technology assistance in order to help disseminate information owned by agencies through website. One of the right steps in building a website or information system is designing a database. Putra Tunggal Purwokerto Bureau of Psychology made a consultation appointment with client data collection manually is very inefficient because it can cause data loss and redudancy data to the large number of clients who make promises. Considering this, the Bureau of Psychology needs information system tools to manage services to clients. With the database system, it is intended to assist the data management process in the appointment list feature, starting from the data input process, data editing, and simplifying the data search process.
