Abstract

Network Operation Center (NOC) is part of the network center that will serve customer complaints through customer handling (CH) and also carry out direct communication to field technicians (FOP). In practice, the network operation center is used as a gateway monitoring system based on the Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) communication protocol. Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) is a type of network that is included in the Wireless WAN range, has several attributes that allow for long-distance communication with low power consumption in order to save expenses for the construction of a communication system. In the monitoring process, there are several parameters that are considered, such as the status of the gateway, LoRa, Antares MQTT and Platfrom, Usecase-Sierad, Usecase-RTK, and also Usecase - Smart Metering and Smart PJU. Keywords: NOC, LPWAN, LoRa, Gateway, Antares, Usecase, Smart
