Abstract

In today's society, people are very dependent on telecommunication teknologi, namely Smartphones. In order for a Smartphone to access the internet, it requires cellular teknologi, namely 3G and 4G teknologi. In Indonesia, there are 5 operators that are often used, they are competing to meet the needs of the community in terms of speed and smoothness of communication. To find out the best service quality at each operator, a study was conducted by conducting a Drive test and Dual mode report on 5 operators in Kebumen district. Operators that are used as comparison material for Dual mode reports are Telkomsel, XL, Indosat, H3I and Smartfren. There are several parameters used for comparison of the signal quality of 5 operators, such as, Teknologi mode, RSCP, RSRP, EcNo, SINR, Throughput and Bandwith. To get the values of these parameters the writer used Nemo Analyze and Actix Analyzer software by processing the logfile of the results from the drive test.
