Abstract

Recently, PLC or Programmable Logic Controller has been widely applied in almost every segment of the industry. PLC was originally an electronic tool to replace panel relays because this tool can make better decisions than ordinary relays. PLC works for ON-OFF conditions for controlling motor, solenoid, and actuator. PLC implementation with actuator control systems is also growing. The actuator that is most widely used in the industrial world is the pneumatic power actuator. In this study, the implementation of the pneumatic actuator control system using PLC can shorten the time needed to make changes to the program and if there is an error it can be detected directly through the software.
