Abstract

The increasing use of cell phones as a communication technology, which is increasingly developing over the years, certainly requires smooth network performance and speed and is able to cover large areas, so it is very necessary to do a Drive Test. Drive Test is one of the most common job pieces or methods of network optimization work. The main purpose of conducting a drive test is to obtain data and collect information on a real network from the field where the information obtained is the actual radio frequency (RF) condition in an eNodeB. Each provider is competing to improve the quality of the kites given. To find out which provider has the best signal quality in Pekalongan City, a research was carried out by comparing the signal quality of 5 operators. Writing this case study is expected to provide an overview of how to find out the network performance of competitors from the results of the drive test data obtained. Report Drive Test Benchmarking is one of the functions of the drive test to determine the performance of competitors' networks so that the signal quality is superior to several operators. The comparisons are obtained from reporting using Nemo Analyze software with Serving System, RSCP, RSRP, EcNo, SINR, Bandwidth, and Throughput parameters. Keywords: Drive Test, Benchmarking, Nemo Analyze
