Abstract

The increasing number of cellular service users using LTE (Long Term Evolution) network technology can cause several problems, one of which is the decreasing value of the KPI (Key Performance Indicator), so that the network quality is below the standard set by an operator. There are several ways to solve this problem, one of which is doing network optimization. However, before performing network optimization, a provider needs to know the actual network quality performance first. To measure the performance of LTE networks, there are two types, namely user perceived experience which is generally done directly with the drive test method (outdoor) and eRAN KPI (evolved Radio Access Network Key Performance Indicator) which is usually used to evaluate the performance of LTE systems. This eRAN KPI is used by OSS Engineers to determine the performance of the Celcom provider 4G network from daily static data. The Static data will be queried every day until it becomes a report. Therefore, the authors write this work practical report about how the process of processing static data into a presentable report in order to easily evaluate the performance results of the Celcom LTE provider network on the TMNEHSANJAYA site.
