Abstract

Field work practice is one of the activities in higher education in providing a learning process, not only from theory, but practice through real work. In this activity, students are given the opportunity to apply the learning obtained in college to be practiced in an actual institution so that students can hone their knowledge and skills that have previously been obtained in lectures. In the field work, of course there must be quality, so every company will carry out quality control in order to find out how the quality of the technician or the quality of the goods sold. Because this time the author did a field work practice at PT. Telkom Access to the academy fiber section, the author performs quality control on technicians in order to improve the quality of technicians. What is seen from a technician is the clothes used, the use of personal protective equipment when making repairs, the way of working when connecting the fiber optic cable is in accordance with regulations and courtesy to customers.
