Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has made the cyber world an opportunity for all aspects of life. On the other hand, the development of cyber information technology has been used as a medium for the production and dissemination of negative content, for example hoax news, hate speech, fraud, SARA, and phishing to spread malware that threatens the unity, confidentiality and availability of information and infrastructure security. To minimize cyber crime, a reporting website related to cyber complaints is needed. Its function is when there is a cyber crime, directly contact the website then fill in the form of what is being complained. database of data sets that are stored regularly so that they can be managed using the WAMP Server to generate information. WAMP Server an application that can run everything in the database. To run the database, the WAMP Server application is first activated to be able to run the database system. Web browser acts as a place for database application. When the WAMP Server is active, web browsers will connect to each other between the web browser and the WAMP Server.
