Abstract

As technology develops rapidly, many kinds of new technologies have emerged that support human needs. Telecommunication service providers also continue to innovate to keep pace with the increasingly rapid technological developments. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, through IndiHome services continues to srtive to meet the needs of its customers in communicating and the internet easily. There are many services that IndiHome offers to meet customer needs, such as WiFi, Landline, UseeTV and others. In meeting the needs of its customers in communicating. The most frequent annoyances experienced by customers are slow and intermittent internet. In dealing with these discruptions, a team of disturbances or technicians is needed to fix the problems that occur so that customers can enjoy the service without interruption.
