Abstract

The increasing number of cases of crime or crime and the increasing level of community activity itself causes the need for security to increase. Therefore, a security or monitoring system is needed to deal with the possibility of a criminal act itself. With the development of information technology, technological developments in the security sector have also developed. In this case, the use of IP cameras is a solution. IP cameras are increasingly being used by the general public. So government agencies or companies generally require monitoring or monitoring of the situation to increase security. The technology used for monitoring is to monitor the situation and state of a different place or area by using an IP camera monitoring application, by using this application it is as if we will be in one place in front of us, the coverage we can monitor is unlimited. regions, different places, islands, countries and even different continents can monitor each other, it can even be global (world) coverage, namely using a computer network connected to the internet. However, there can also be interference with IP camera monitoring such as loss of connection and damage to supporting devices, therefore it is necessary to periodically maintain the device to keep it connected and reachable with the IP camera monitoring application. With the implementation of PSS (Pro Surveillance System) monitoring, it can even reach a wider area, so monitoring with an IP camera can be accessed whenever and wherever we are.
