Abstract

Internet Service Provider (ISP) are required to supply more materials to meet consumer needs. The implementation of the company is by improving the management of material data management through system development. PT Telkom Akses developed a new system by implementing System Application and Product in Data Processing (SAP). Writing this report aims to analyze the implementation of SAP in the process of managing material data in the warehouse area. The method used is a qualitative descriptive. The instruments used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The subject of this report is Warehouse Area. While the object is about the implementation of System Application and Product in Data Processing (SAP). The results of the report show that SAP which is implemented in the warehouse area has a function to make it easier for warehouse officers to manage materials through stock opname. The use of Alista has an important role in completing the material transaction process in SAP. The material transaction process is carried out when Alista has issued a reservation ID number. Manual material transactions function as data backups from the SAP system. This process requires extra effort because it can only be done by the team leader. Keywords: SAP, Alista, Warehouse Area
