Abstract

PT. Cazh Innovation Technology is a startup engaged in the digital field with the main product in the form of services that serve online cashier applications. In addition to these products, Cazh ID also has several co-branding products. This product is a product produced from an external project in collaboration with an organization as a client. One of the organizations that are a client of Cazh ID is the Ittihadul Islamiyah Charity Foundation (BAKII) Cilacap. BAKII Foundation has four levels of formal education institutions. The four formal education levels have a manual attendance process, namely calling out the names of students one by one and writing them on the attendance paper. Based on these problems, an attendance system based on radio frequency identification (RFID) using NodeMCU v2 is expected to solve these problems. So, this report is made to help PT. Cazh ID in fulfilling BAKII Foundation client requests in streamlining the attendance system. The attendance tool uses WiFi as an online communication line to send the RFID tag card data to the database on the server. The test results concluded that the RFID tag could only be read accurately within a 2 - 3cm radius. Keywords: Attendance, RFID, NodeMCU V2
