Abstract

Living in modern times that are all sophisticated like now, we must know the existence and importance of the internet for life. The internet functions to connect users to the network. Over time, the internet has developed so rapidly and internet users are not only adults, but now the internet is used by children to play games and to look for learning materials that cannot be obtained from school. One of the widely used wired transmission media is optical fiber. This technology has an increase in the new cable which has more advantages over this technology, namely Fiber To The Home (FTTH). The advantages of FTTH in the IndiHome service are its large bandwidth, high speed, thin cable design and durability. Idihome has a huge opportunity to create the internet according to customer needs. The maximum distance from the customer's house to the ODP is 250 meters, due to maintaining service quality. The number of cores in the distribution cable is 24 cores, with a maximum number of 22 cores, while the distribution cable is 12 cores, with a maximum number of 10 cores, because there are spare cores in each distribution for cores, which intermittently occurs in cores. When the conditions are met, change the status on the Google Sheet to "wait PT2 Regular". If the conditions are not fulfilled then the status is changed to "cancel proposal".
