Abstract

PT. YPTT as a company that offers services has a lot of data to store. The data that has been stored will be processed with an information system to facilitate management of the company. The information system used by PT. YPTT is e-smart, a web-based application that connects PT. YPTT with other companies. In e-smart, subcon can input documents then the vendor and operator will evaluate the submitted documents. The percentage of successful work results is seen from the large number of sites that have been closed, marked with all documents submitted and approved by vendors and operators. The existence of e�smart makes it easier for managers to monitor team performance and assess team achievement during the working period. Keywords: e-smart, information system
