Abstract
PT Telkom Tbk was established to improve services to customer needs such as Fiber To The Home (FTTH) services. In FTTH, it is known as IndiHome (Triple Play) service, before serving division customers on the SDI (Serial digital interface) section, it will make FTTH palning by checking ODC, ODP, and poles for cable pulling and others to customers, checking is done using several webs and applications such as google erth, d-lisa, siis and so on.
