Abstract

One of the courses that must be taken for senior graders is the KP (practical work) that aims to get to know about the work world. Students are free to choose their practical work own location according to the studies students have learned in college. PT.Telkom Akses Purwokerto or what is called PTTA is one of the state�owned subsidiaries, namely PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Telkom) whose shares are fully owned by Telkom. The establishment of PT TA is part of Telkom's commitment to continue developing broadband networks to provide unlimited access to information and communication for all Indonesian. PT. Telkom Akses Purwokerto has a website called Proman (Proactive Maintenance) which aims to control and monitor the performance of Telkom employees in resolving disturbances that occur on ODP cables. The data displayed is in the form of a dashboard which is a user interface whose main purpose is to help users make quick and accurate decisions based on the data obtained. Keywords : PT.
