Abstract

PT. Tachyon is under the PT. Remala Abadi are a company that moves on telecommunication especially on PT. Tachyon focused on the services ISP (Internet Service Provider). The increase number of customers affect the increase of service required by customers especially the network services infrastructure equipment, supply of network configuration services, services of monitoring, and some other services that are in the network and sysadmin. Some of these things are the main focus of the service the PT. Tachyon.In the field report, the author did a research solve the problem in monitoring the client device at the PT. Tachyon by doing research and testing using virtual devices so when applied to monitor the clients have been pronounced perfectly as planned. Monitoring activity is performed covering the various CPU-consuming, RAM, Storage and other information with the metric data collection of the Devices that want to do monitoring. This research server is expected to bring a new concept to solve the problem at PT. Tachyon, this research uses all open sources there are grafana to visualize data and Prometheus as a data source. The use of exporter nodes as an agent in collecting information. The reason uses open sources to press the cost of license products and ease in the process of research so it can be developed by research and development teams. Tachyon.
