Abstract

One of the tasks of the Class II Banjarmasin Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center is to measure the occupancy of the radio frequency spectrum. The purpose of this measurement is to find out whether a certain channel or frequency range is occupied or not by using the LS Observer CCU. After taking occupancy measurements, the measurement data will be processed based on the frequency band. Each frequency band has a value that is determined as a limit so that a channel can be said to be occupied based on the received power level or so�called threshold. Calculated threshold is a method contained in the ITU-R SM 1753 recommendation which has formulas and calculations in determining noise levels and signals. The measurement results obtained are in the form of text and graphic data. Keywords : Occupancy, Threshold, Calculated
