Abstract
PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is one of the State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) which is engaged in information and communication technology (ICT) services and telecommunications networks in Indonesia. Initially Telkom Indonesia used copper cable technology. Then to increase customer satisfaction, Telkom is now migrating using Fiber Optics in providing Fiber To The Home (FTTH) services which provide Triple Play Services, namely being able to use the internet, telephone and IPTV simultaneously by using only 1 ONT. Where Fiber Optic technology can save costs and then reduce operating costs and provide better service to customers. Keywords: FTTH, Optical Fiber, Triple Play Service
