Abstract
DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR SELECTION OF ACHIEVING EMPLOYEE USING PROFILE MATCHING METHOD IN JATILUHUR DISTRICT Jatiluruh village government conducts employee appraisal of village apparatus employees every 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. Performance appraisal is the prerogative right of the village head, that is, taking policies such as transfer and dismissal of village apparatus employees. This means that the village head conducts an employee performance review every 3 months in one year to determine the decision to terminate the employee or continue the employee to work based on the performance appraisal. The problem with employee appraisal is an unclear assessment mechanism. This results in inappropriate appraisals and the results of the assessment become subjective. Decision support system research the selection of village apparatus employees uses the profile matching method. The profile matching method assumes that there needs to be an ideal level of predictor variables that must be met, not from the minimum level that must be met or passed. So employees do not have to have very high abilities but ideal abilities at work. In addition to this method there is a gap analysis where the smaller the gap produced, the greater the value weights, which means it has a greater chance for employees to occupy the position as the best employees. The results of the test obtained that the system's accuracy reaches 100%, these results are the same output manually in determining the best employee.
