Abstract
In improving the quality of service to students, there has been no media used for complaints complaints process related to facilities and infrastructure. Web-based complaints system is one way to improve the quality of service to students in the field of logistics. The existence of a complaint system facilitates students in conducting complaints complaints related to campus facilities and infrastructure. The design phase of complaint system using waterfall approach. In testing or measurement of this complaint system using WebQEM method with measurement aspects such as functionality, efficiency, reliability, and usability. In the test functionality performed by two programmers with the criteria of daily work in web development, testing using a questionnaire tailored to the functions agreed upon user requirement list. The efficiency test is done by using YSlow measuring instrument developed by Yahoo Developer Network. Reliability testing is performed using WAPT 8.1 software. And for usability testing conducted using USE Questionnaire with 30 respondents. The results obtained from the test among the aspects of functionality to get the value of 1 from the interval 0 - 1 (good), testing the efficiency aspect to get the value of 80.4% of 100% is in Grade B, reliability test test obtained value test case success of 0.971 or 97 , 1% of the 95% -100% interval (meet) and the test case failure of 0.0284, usability testing obtained a percentage value of 78.72% of 100% (good) and crownbach's alpha value of 0.887 (reliable).
