Abstract

Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Ketenger Adventure Baturraden has two divisions namely the Wisata Harian division and the Adventure division The financial management and reporting business processes that occur between the treasurers of both divisions and managers are still managed using bookkeeping and Microsoft Excel. Manager can only see the final results of financial statements every one month period, so there is a possibility of lack of transparency. This has an impact on the manager's task in making decisions based on the allocation of funds. The growth in the number of visitors and turnover from year to year, making financial management increasingly complex. Based on these problems, a research Implementation of Management Information Systems and Financial Reporting Using Prototyping Methodology (Case Study: Pokdarwis Ketenger Adventure Baturraden), to facilitate each treasurer in managing and reporting finances in detail, quickly, precisely to make it easier for each treasurer to manage and report finances in a detailed, fast, precise and accurate manner, and to assist managers. in monitoring the finances of both divisions at all times. This research was conducted data collection using observation, interviews and literature studies. Information system development is done by 3 iterations using prototyping methods, which are identifying needs by listening to the client (listen to client / user), planning and modeling quickly, building prototypes, and evaluating prototypes that have been built with users. The coding of this system uses the Laravel framework, and PhpMyAdmin as the database. This research produces an information system that can assist treasurers of each division in managing and reporting finances to managers. This study implements 3 iterations with a prototyping methodology to produce a good information system according to user / client needs.
