Abstract
Because of the development of communication technology, teachers are easy to teach English. Teaching learning English becomes flexible for both the teachers and the students because it can be done not only in the class but also outside the class. Supported by telecommunication technology, the teacher will be easy to manage the time and the materials as well as the students so that listening, writing, reading and speaking skills can be learnt. The technologies used in the teaching learning process are WhatsApp (WA) and Telegram. Here the teacher chooses the topics that should be learnt by the students and he also has to split the class into groups. As the one who manages the groups, the teacher creates a group containing 4 students. To make the group easy to understand, WA Group is designed for Speaking and Listening, while Telegram Group is designed for Reading and Writing. The teacher has to check the groups. To make sure that what is recorded really belongs to the students, each of them has to perform it in the class. The students that belong to the same group give comments and suggestions for the material and performance and so does the teacher. The evaluation is done by process. Keywords: Social Media, Teaching English, WA Group, Telegram Group
