Abstract
Counseling guidance is an attempt to help individuals find good personality traits. SMA N 01 Jatibarang guidance and counseling activities are still done by manual where the data related to the process of guidance and counseling in writing and stored using paper. The manual process causes the difficulty of searching long-saved documents. Documents used to record the data are not well organized resulting in length of search time and loss of some documents. Implementation of information systems for guidance and counseling is expected to be able to overcome the loss of documents and the slow track record of student behavior so that the performance of teachers in SMA N 01 Jatibarang can be more effective and efficient. System design method that used in this research use prototyping method. The results of this study e-counseling can be accepted by users, as evidenced from the results of questionnaires from 30 respondents who measure 4 aspects of (Usefulness, Ease Of Use, Ease Of Learning, Satisfaction) get agreed results of> 80%.
