Abstract
The purpose of this report is to simulate the implementation of customer internet access services from PT. ICON + with the topology and configuration of the device as an overview of the implementation carried out directly in the field. Data collection in this report was carried out through interviews and designing simulations with field technicians, discussions with accompanying lecturers, and reviewing references in the form of books, articles, or journals. In implementation in the field, PT. ICON + has several service features provided to customers, such as Metronet, IP-VPN, and also the internet. On internet services, PT. ICON + works as an ISP where it serves customer requests based on existing servers. One of them is a DNS server. DNS servers that will be accessed by customers have the form of topology, devices used, and types of access used by various devices. PT. ICON + applies VLAN technology to customer access points. And EIGRP protocol as the routing rule used on routers. Keywords: ISP, VLAN, Web Server, configuration
